HO scale NJ custom brass T1 4-8-4  #549 steamer w/Vanderbilt tender.  Model gearbox worm was completely worn, a new NWSL gearbox with drive axle gear and front two axles replaced and all axles re-quartered.  One side front side rods re-paired from screw elongating the holes.  All moving parts polished, oiled, and test ran for smooth running #6 switches.
Note: a few drivers had the flanges damaged from rotary tool from past.  Polished smooth for curve running.
