HO Scale QSI Diesel SD40 sound decoder #102130 (C)2005 for sale on ebay.  Decoder used once in BLI model for 1 hour only.  Works perfectly fine with no issues.  Programable.  Model was rebuilt with a newer decoder so I don't need this decoder and didn't want to throw out.
